Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2026

Our commitment

Solium is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We design, build, and maintain our digital experiences to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Conformance status

The Solium website (soliumhealth.com) is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This includes support for:

  • Keyboard-only navigation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).
  • A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) for fast navigation.
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interactive boundaries.
  • Form labels, required-field indicators, and screen-reader announcements for validation errors.
  • Reduced-motion support — animations and smooth scrolling are disabled when the operating system "Reduce motion" preference is enabled.
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Known limitations

We test continuously, but no website is ever finished. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — your feedback directly shapes our next release. Areas we are actively monitoring:

  • Third-party embeds (analytics, share buttons) that may not always meet our standards.
  • PDF documents added in the future will be tagged for screen readers; older documents may not yet be.
  • Video content, when added, will include captions and transcripts.

Report an accessibility issue

If you encounter content that is difficult to access, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond within two business days.

hello@soliumhealth.com

Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology and browser you are using so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.

Standards and assessment

Solium evaluates accessibility through a combination of automated testing (axe-core, Lighthouse), manual keyboard testing, and screen-reader testing on each release. This statement was prepared on April 2026 and is reviewed quarterly.
